Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for using Appon Software Pvt. Ltd. (“Appon”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our practices for purchases of digital goods and subscriptions made through our mobile apps and website.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital goods and services (in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currencies, consumables) sold through Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore, or via BillDesk integrations where applicable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Purchased virtual goods, consumables, in-game currency, unlocks, and other digital items are non-refundable once delivered in accordance with platform rules.
- Consumable items used or consumed in the game are not eligible for refunds.
3. Platform Refunds
All purchases made via platform stores should be refunded through the respective platform’s refund process:
- Google Play: Request via Google Play Help / Report a problem.
- Apple App Store: Request via Apple “Report a Problem”.
- Amazon Appstore: Request via Amazon Appstore support.
4. BillDesk / Direct Payment Refunds
If you made a payment processed by BillDesk (or another direct gateway) and need a refund due to duplicate charges, technical errors, or failed deliveries, contact us at swaroop@appon.co.in with:
- Order/transaction ID
- Date of transaction
- Amount and payment method
- Brief explanation of the issue
We will investigate and, if approved, process refunds within 7–14 business days. Actual credit timing depends on banks and payment providers.
5. Subscription Cancellations
To cancel subscriptions, manage them via the store where you subscribed (Google Play / Apple App Store / Amazon). Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund past charges unless the platform agrees.
6. Fraud & Chargebacks
If you suspect fraudulent activity, contact your payment provider immediately and notify us at swaroop@appon.co.in. Unreasonable or abusive refund claims may be denied.
